Mexican tortilla soup originated in Mexico City, Mexico. This dish is a staple to many homes and people around the world. This dish is full of a variety of nutrients and fats the body needs to function at its best.
Serving size: About 10 people (1 ½ cups per person)

Cook time: 20-30 minutes
Ingredients needed:
2 pounds ground beef
1 small can of diced tomatoes/chilis
1 can of corn (drained)
1 can of pinto beans (drained)
1 can black beans (drained)
1 can of beef broth
1 small can of tomatoes sauce
1 ounce package of ranch seasoning
2 packs of taco seasoning
2 tablespoons Chili powder
2 tablespoons ground cumin
2 tablespoons oregano
2 tablespoons Paprika
large bag of tortilla chips
Instructions:
Wash your hands
Brown ground beef in large cooking pot (medium heat)
Drain grease from ground beef
Add in all of the can goods needed then mix
Add dry seasonings (use however much your heart desires)
Mix
Continue stirring until hot throughout
Serve!
Yummy tip: serve this dish with sour cream and cheese for a richer flavor. You can also add tortilla chips for an added texture. Enjoy!
